Available Resources

• High Performance Computing (HPC) - Access to the university's HPC cluster for intensive analysis tasks
• Workstations - Information about our local workstations and their capabilities

When to Use What

• Use local workstations for:

  • Interactive analysis sessions
  • Small to medium datasets

• Use HPC for:

  • Large-scale batch processing
  • Deep learning tasks
  • Computing-intensive analysis pipelines
